  • What is the price of a wetsuit?
    • Everything is priced to order based on your specifications. The exact price will depend on the material (neoprene), your size, and any accessories you add on. Our pricing model focuses on saving our customers money while making their wetsuit dreams come true! Once you complete Get A Quote our team will send you an invoice via email. We never want pricing to stand in the way of getting you the wetsuit of your dreams. We are happy to help make adjustments, suggestions, or payment plans accordingly.
  • What materials do you have available?

    • YES, view Send in Your Measurements. Our form will guide you through the measurement process. If you have any questions regarding any of the measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping and Delivery
  • How long does it take to make my suit?
    • The current lead time is 3-4 weeks on all available material. For pre-orders, we give our best estimate based on information from the factory. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific date (due to the nature of manufacturing and international shipping) however, we are committed to expediting the process to the extent we can.

  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping within the USA is FREE via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is available for an additional fee based on USPS rates (we don't charge anything extra; only what it costs).

  • Is Local (Oahu) Pick Up Available?
    • Yes, we have local pick-up available once a week.

  • How long does shipping take?
    • Shipping to Mainland USA is 3 days (as per USPS calculations) and 2 days in Hawaii
Repairs and Alterations
  • Do you repair wetsuits?
    • Yes, we do! On Oahu, you can visit our partner dive shops and fill out a Repair Form or send us a text message. For customers not on the island, please contact us for information on the repair and associated shipping charges.

  • Can you alter my suit?
    • Yes, we can adjust the size or add accessories to your suit. On Oahu, you can visit our partner dive shops and fill out an Alterations Form or send us a text message. For customers not on the island, please contact us for information on the alteration and associated shipping charges.

  • Sharing the Aloha?
    • Remember the keyword when diving into this is... Aloha!! Situations not included in the list below or herein will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We wish to ensure the satisfaction of all of our customers to the best of our alohability.

  • What is your return policy?
    • All sales on produced (custom-made) wetsuits are final.

  • How do I know my wetsuit will fit?
    • All wetsuits are guaranteed to be within the specifications of your measurements. If we see a measurement that looks unusual, we'll let you know! If you're concerned about a particular aspect of the fit, or you have particular requirements not covered in our Measurements Form, please contact us.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • This only applies to orders that have not been produced (custom-made). Once our company receives payment we purchase/reserve the neoprene and materials needed for manufacturing your wetsuit. If you wish to cancel your order before the wetsuit has been produced we can provide a partial refund. A $39 cancellation fee, the neoprene and material costs purchased/reserved will be subtracted in processing your partial refund. Order cancellations may result in a disqualification towards placing future orders because it creates an undue hardship on our small Oahu-based business. Our goal is to make the best custom wetsuits for our ohana, and we know you'll be stoked with your wetsuit (once you get it)!
  • How long are the products under warranty?
    • Hi Wetsuits warrants the products for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase.
    • The product shall be recognized as damaged or defective only after Hi Wetsuits determines the validity of the claim;
    • The warranty only applies to damage and defects related to the workmanship and material. It does not cover damages caused by external factors (chlorine, sunlight, etc.);
    • The warranty shall become void in the case of:
      • Third-party repair jobs, other repair attempts not associated with Hi Wetsuits
      • Misuse, tampering, improper handling of the product
      • Accidents, lost or stolen products, and negligence
      • Lack of care as explained in Proper Care and Maintenance instructions

  • How should I proceed if the product has any defects or needs a repair?
    • If you encounter any problems with your wetsuit, please do not hesitate to reach out. Please do this via email to: and include photos and a description. Even though we use the finest materials and manufacture every custom-made wetsuit with the best construction techniques, a repair, especially after frequent and consistent use, might be necessary.
